Counselor Hussein Haroun
The founder, co-founder, and intellectual architect of MONJIZ. A lawyer specializing in appeals and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, he is the visionary behind the company. He represents the calm and organized mind behind the project, leading MONJIZ with a clear philosophy: a solution is always possible when expertise, discipline, and the right people come together. He possesses a remarkable ability to build bridges between different entities and manage complex projects calmly and discreetly. He played a pivotal role in shaping the company's operational model and building its team on a foundation of institutional excellence. He has extensive experience in corporate affairs, including incorporation, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, drafting complex contracts, and managing partnerships and disputes, with a proven track record in the real estate development, industrial, and service sectors.

Brigadier General Ammar Abdul Hamid
Co-founder, elite coordinator, and field visionary leader for MONJIZ. A former security leader in the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, he held key positions in criminal investigations and public funds crimes. He possesses a strong presence and exceptional crisis management and conflict resolution skills, and serves as the organization's on-the-ground eyes in sensitive and complex cases. He combines field intelligence with a practical understanding of the issues and the ability to build effective collaborative networks, leading executive teams with firmness and awareness. He views MONJIZ as a lifelong project, not a traditional institution, and contributes his political and organizational experience as a leading member of the National Front Party.

Major General Dr. Abdel Naim Hamed
A founding partner and key figure in bridging the gap between law, legislation, and implementation within MONJIZ. A prominent legislative and executive figure in Egypt, he is a member of the House of Representatives and previously served as Deputy Minister of Supply. He also has a long career in leadership positions within the Ministry of Interior. He holds a doctorate in international law and human rights and is a faculty member at the Police Academy. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's institutional structure, establishing legislative standards, developing compliance and legal protection policies, and linking legal work with the state's executive practices, thus granting MONJIZ institutional depth and strong legitimacy.
Major General Mansour Lashin
A former security director and member of the Egyptian Bar Association, he possesses extensive experience in crisis management and handling sensitive organizational matters. He is a valuable asset in cases where legal and executive dimensions intersect, and he supports the ability of the administrator to handle complex issues with wisdom and discipline.
Major General Abdel Fattah El-Shahat
Member of the Senate and the Senate’s Committee on Defense and National Security, and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union.
He has a distinguished national and professional record, having held a number of influential leadership positions, most notably his former membership in the House of Representatives. He also spent many years serving in the Ministry of Interior, particularly in the field of criminal investigations, where he worked across several security directorates and specialized departments, and became known for his competence, integrity, and firm leadership.
Major General Ihab Maher El-Hefnawy
Former Assistant Minister of Interior, and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union.
He has extensive experience in economic crimes and intellectual property protection, gained through a long professional career within the Ministry of Interior, during which he held a number of influential leadership and executive positions.
Among his key roles were Director of the Intellectual Property Department at the Ministry of Interior and Deputy Head of the Cairo Supply Investigations Department. He also led several specialized departments, including the Morals Crimes Investigation Department, the Juvenile Crimes Investigation Department, and the Research Department, and served as Deputy Director of the General Administration of Cairo Investigations.
He also held the position of First Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of the General Administration of Supply and Logistics.
Professor Dr. Tariq Hanafi Abdel Hamid
A founding partner and accounting and financial advisor for MONJIZ. He founded the law firm "Tariq Hanafi & Partners" in the 1990s and is a leading figure in the fields of forensic accounting, auditing, governance, and commercial arbitration. He serves as the financial safety net for the organization, managing project financial indicators and overseeing the review of complex files to ensure consistent performance with professional and international standards.
Dr. Salim Tariq Hanafi
A co-founder and leader of the next generation in international tax planning. An international tax expert who has worked with multinational companies and speaks three languages. He leads cross-border filings within MONJIZ, designing smart tax solutions that comply with local laws and international standards, supporting foreign investors and enhancing compliance and financial sustainability.

A strategic and executive expert with over thirty years of experience in Egypt, the United States, and Canada. He has a strong professional track record in restructuring distressed entities and leading complex organizational transformations.
Professor Omar Bakr Al-Haddad
A businessman who leads companies in the fields of mining, agriculture and development projects, and represents an influential link between the developer and the Egyptian and Gulf markets, with a deep understanding of the nature of regional investment.
Major General Mohamed Mahmoud Fahmy
A former executive leader in the Ministry of Interior, he has extensive experience in field work and managing organizational compliance within institutions.
Major General Mohamed Adel Salama

Lawyer Mahmoud Mohamed El-Dakhly
A lawyer by way of appeal and the Secretary-General of the General Syndicate of Lawyers of Egypt, he held high-ranking union positions and enjoys an influential legislative presence in developing the laws of the legal profession, which adds to the achievement of a high level of legal and institutional weight.
